What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document current and future business process models, high-level requirements, and detailed functional specifications
- Guide and support other Business Analysts and Product Managers in developing agile user stories with acceptance criteria
- Lead and contribute to acceptance testing efforts, including SAT, UAT, and dry runs
- Communicate effectively with IT development teams and other project stakeholders
- Act as a Lead Business Analyst or Product Owner on large-scale, multi-portfolio initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or science with 5-7 years of related experience
- Strong hands-on experience in deploying a broad set of technologies end-to-end
- Experience in application development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Bioinformatics workflows and genomics data management
- Understanding of Wet lab operations, including Electronic Lab Notebook and Laboratory Information Management (LIMs) systems
- Experience implementing IT solutions that require GMP validation
- Familiarity with agile methods and tools like User Stories and Story Maps
