      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs to support Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
      - Mentor team members and lead developers in project implementations
      - Develop and implement new process flow controls for project management
      - Document requirements and define project scope and objectives
      - Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate business solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related technology discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of related professional experience
      - 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting/visualization platforms
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and work with technical staff to formulate solutions
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
      - Experience developing requirements and functional specifications
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality appropriately
