      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to support Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
      - Mentor other Business Analysts and lead a team of developers for project implementations
      - Document requirements and define scope to align with business strategies
      - Utilize strong SQL query writing skills for data analysis on SQL Server and Snowflake
      - Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their needs and evaluate business solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related technology discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of related professional experience
      - 5+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting/visualization platforms
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and work with technical staff for EDW-centric solutions
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
