  SNIPES Business Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

  Overview: Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Systems, the Business Analyst, Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for the implementation and support for all systems associated with the movement of product in and out of our Philadelphia distribution center throughout our selling ecosystem while ensuring our ability to support growth and efficiencies.

  Responsibilities

  • Participates in all company Supply Chain project goals and objectives.
  • Works with business partners to identify, document and analyze requirements for system improvement opportunities and drives to solutions.
  • Manages support by identifying, defining, and prioritizing issues; assign accountability; communicates issues to all appropriate parties; drive issues to closure.
  • Coordinate system interface design and testing between various systems within the Supply Chain ecosystem.
  • Work on system implementations, configuration, develop test cases, perform testing, and document findings.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Warehouse Management Systems, Merchandising ERP systems.

  Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management Skill Set
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive decisions and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to present data findings (both orally and in writing) in a clear and meaningful format
  • At least 2 years of previous Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience
  • Experience with an Omnichannel Retailer - preferred.
  • Warehouse Management Systems Experience – preferred.
  • Experience with Manhattan’s Associates Active Scale WMS, Aptos Merchandising – preferred.
