- Define and manage activities within the agreed scope of the project
- Lead system configuration activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis for in-scope business areas
- Perform template gap analysis and validation to ensure system alignment
- Drive the delivery of new platform features, including analysis, testing, and deployment
- Support change management and communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with business readiness planning and Go-Live support activities
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a system implementation or platform migration project
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis using Excel
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting Power BI reports
- Ability to take on project management tasks when required
- Understanding of the insurance industry is a plus; ability to learn quickly and pick up domain knowledge is essential
- Experience supporting change and business readiness initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Broking Platform in Australia. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role, reporting to the Head of Project Management Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of key components of the project. This is a hybrid role combining core Business Analyst duties with selected Project Management responsibilities.
