What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and interpret departmental compliance with government requirements and performance metrics
- Provide project guidance and training to team members to enhance departmental knowledge
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of departmental processes and policies
- Gather and document business requirements to support system enhancements
- Analyze data trends to facilitate performance improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, business analysis, or information systems, or eight years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated advanced skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
- Proven ability to design and run complex queries and reports
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Reliability and proficiency in project management and report building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), CAPM, or PMP certification
- MBA or MHA degree
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and audit requirements
- Familiarity with healthcare-related products and services, as well as market dynamics
