Business Analysis Planning, perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing individuals or groups and their requirements responsibilities.
Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities.
Requirement Analysis and Documentation, facilitate collaborative sessions with small to medium number of business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
Lead elicitation sessions and apply various techniques to get a more in-depth understanding of problem-domain and prepare requirements drafts. Analyze and document scope of the business solution using RBC and industry-standard requirements techniques.
Requirement Management and Support, prepare requirements for review applying various communication techniques and lead requirements walkthrough and sign off sessions.
Support QA in development of the Functional System test cases and validate that test cases have full coverage of the critical requirements. support Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarifications also UAT and PIV activities such as planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis and requirements-related issues.
Leadership and Relationship Management, ensure overall deliverables quality and adherence to enterprise-standard methodologies. Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
Cross Functional Collaboration, Must be able to collaborate with other teams with the organization with varied skills and perspective.

What is the opportunity?
Business Analyst is responsible for the requirement activities on medium enhancement and projects. The role demonstrates solid Knowledge and ability and conducts business analysis with minimal or no guidance in the full range of typical situations. This Role is responsible for execution of all requirements delivery-planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management and support for business areas and technology.
What will you do?
Review and validate the requirements approach with a Senior BA. Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties.
Conduct coverage analysis to ensure relationship between scope, detailed requirements, testing through to implementation.
