      The Client Connect (CC) team is a collection of Pods within the Client Experience Office (CXO) responsible for helping our clients achieves lifetime financial security and well-being by proactively providing personalized, useful and actionable information. The team has become a leading digital client engagement platform that is fueling the velocity of the Sun Life Canadian business units.

      What will you do?

      • Support marketing campaign design through analyzing and developing business, IT, and data requirements, and delivery in channels such as email, web, mobile, call centre etc.

      • Discover and analyze the business, data and IT capability needs to support new marketing campaigns

      • Translate business and marketing communication needs (messaging, call to action, eligibilities) into requirements

      • Liaise and coordinate with other business groups including data and analytics; project management; operations, and IT to move requirements towards execution

      • Provide process support to the marketing agile team

      • Execute the testing and validation of marketing campaigns

      What do you need to succeed?

      • Ability to translate complex business needs into a technical requirements

      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

      • Familiar with the creation and execution of test cases (regression, etc.)

      • Leadership skills with proven ability to go above and beyond

      • Experience with digital marketing in a direct marketing capacity

      • Experience with digital deployment tools such as SAS and Adobe Campaign preferred

      • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven ability to match business requirements to marketing strategy

      • Degree in Marketing or Communications

      The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
