What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage stakeholders to gather, assess, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT-related projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement within technology or government consulting environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in requirements elicitation, business process re-engineering, and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, metrics development, and visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Experience with business analysis and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
