What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the business analysis process by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize complex business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on federal or government projects
- Demonstrated experience in test validation and verification processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ISTQB, or equivalent are highly desirable
