What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Help triage analytics requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Gather business requirements from various departments and build business requirement documents (BRDs) for the engineering team
- Assist in documenting user stories and tasks for the engineering team
- Support project management efforts by providing detailed analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating business requirement documents (BRDs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or other analytics tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with agile methods, preferably Scrum
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
