What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business processes and system requirements
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define project scope and solutions
- Create documentation including requirements, use cases, and test scenarios
- Support process improvement and re-engineering initiatives
- Act as a liaison between legal staff and technical teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years in business/operations analysis, preferably in legal, finance, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
