What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders based on current business processes and future business needs
- Refine requirements through workshops, interviews, and other client interactions
- Translate requirements into software development artifacts such as functional requirements, design specifications, use cases, and wireframes
- Guide cross-functional product teams through the development of application customizations and enhancements
- Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS degree with 8 years of related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform the role of business analyst for enterprise business systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working effectively with remote software engineering teams
- Ability to visualize abstract concepts and possess a good sense of visual design and layout basics
