What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical input to project teams to address business needs
- Assist in the selection and implementation of external systems and services
- Produce and maintain business and technical documentation for clinical systems
- Elicit stakeholders' business requirements and transform them into documented specifications
- Configure systems and integrations to meet documented requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in common office software
- Experience analyzing and documenting user or business requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or business systems analysis
- Understanding of application and integration infrastructures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with IRT design and just-in-time drug supply
- Knowledge of clinical trials, patient safety, and data integrity regulations
