Role: Business Analyst with Banking Domain, UAT Exp
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite day-1)

Job Description:
• The business analyst will be responsible for conducting business process reengineering/redesigning, and optimization throughout entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This includes:
• Work with information security and risk management teams to elaborate and document requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows. gain agreement and sign off on process and associated requirements.
• Apply agile methodology to deliver Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and continue to iterate on ongoing features. Conduct business analysis to produce technical documents and requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Lead the work of a small team of developers and vendor contractors, applying agile methodologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide regular project status updates to Designated to the PMO Lead and Clients.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least 5 years of project planning experience and assisting Project Manager.
• 7 – 9 years of Business Analysis skills to elaborate requirements and produce technical documents.
• Strong leadership skills
• Sufficient experience and/or understanding in Software Development and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to quickly understand the current project status and manage vendor and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Candidate is supposed to provide the following deliverables:
Technical Documentations of:
• Risk Management workflow MVP and fully functional application
• Security Accreditation MVP
• Assistance to Project Manager for:
• Project plan; maintenance and adjustment of Project Plan
• Project related technical documentations (i.e. Project Plan, Weekly Status Update, Management report, Process Design document, Data Flow Diagram, etc)
• UAT Plan, Test Case / Script, Issue Log
