- Support management in long-term strategy and priority definition
- Handle special projects and other initiatives as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Relational Database Concepts and Applications
- Proficiency in SQL coding for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis
- Excellent analytical, technical, project management, and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with health insurance data and business processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Python coding and proficiency in BI Tools
- Experience working with Analytics Platform and Amazon Web Service
