  This role supports the analytics team for Citi's Real Estate Division covering the Americas Region. The team performs comparative financial analytics between options for large transactions to support management decisions primarily for consolidations, dispositions, purchase/lease, city plans, business specific planning /review, and sale/leaseback. In this role the candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, such as Regional Asset Managers, Transactions Managers, Project Managers, Business Users, Finance, and Controllers.
  
  Responsibilities:

  • Review proposed real estate transactions and capital investment initiatives
  • Develop pro forma financials (cash flow and income statement)
  • Articulate the key drivers and economics of the proposals
  • Prepare initiative approval documents and executive papers
  • Assist with developing operating budgets and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with policies and practices
  

  Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience

  • This position requires excellent analytical and business strategy skills

  • Experience in Accounting and Finance; Real Estate a plus
  • Ability to develop complex financial models and related presentations
  • Understanding of US GAAP
  • Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals
  • Project and process management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Good IT skills, especially an ability to work on large spreadsheets

  Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience required; Master preferred
