  We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business & Management Consultant to join our team. As a Business & Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

  What will you do:

  • Responsible for driving communication and collaboration between internal (Atos) and external (Clients and Suppliers) stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for one or multiple accounts which subscribe to one or multiple user experience, analytics or automation services delivered by Atos.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and executing user experience, analytics and automation delivery strategies and their plans in alignment with Atos contractual objectives.
  • Responsible for applying the Atos framework(s) for driving continuous collaboration with various Atos account leadership teams, clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering/development organization leads, framework focused on continuous evaluation, identification and documentation of financial, business, and operational requirements and goals and drive them to execution.
  • Helps the Digital Workplace service line to make strategic decisions by providing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for existing technology ecosystem, solutions and use cases deployed across Atos Workplace Services clients.
    

  Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in team managing/leading a service delivery organization or overseeing high profile projects for Workplace Services, focused on continual service improvement and automation for workplace services.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as part of a business analysts, technologists or equivalent roles including managing daily tasks, resolving blocking issues, estimating effort and capacity for the team.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a managed services and/or support services environment within a large enterprise environment (more than 30,000 users under support).
  • Solid understanding and 5+ years of working experience of Workplace Services specific technology components for systems of engagement, automation, user experience and digital transformation across domains such as Contact Center, Robotic Process Automation, Virtual Agents/Assistants, Orchestration, Endpoint Monitoring/Automation, Digital Experience Management.
  • Experience with designing and building solutions in the IT workplace services domain with an understanding of ITSM and End-user/Workplace Services is desired.
  • Proven external client engagement experience with ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at different levels within an organization (Director or above).
  • A strong influencer who can integrate effectively into the organization, combining facilitation skills with a results orientation to deliver excellence and execution. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external constituencies.
  • Ability to work additional hours and/or travel as needed (~ 25%)
