Job Description Summary
Business and Systems Support Analysts for Chicago, IL location. Analyze, model, and interpret data into useful strategies for tracking and planning monthly budgets for the Environmental Services, Security, Facility, and Engineering Departments. Perform routine analysis using various techniques, such as statistical analysis, predictive analysis, and data modeling for various databases. Examine graphs and charts to perform predictive analysis to accurately forecast the curve of data. Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets for Support Services that will translate work processes into business system functions and improvements. Participate in the development and reporting of support services team metrics. Technical environment: Power BI; data modeling; statistical analysis; VBA coding; VBA programming; dashboards; SQL; pivot tables; Power Query; predictive analytics; database management; data visualization; data collection and manipulation; data interpretation; data mining; data reporting; statistical analysis; variance analysis; regressive analysis.Job Description

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field plus two years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics required. Some telecommuting permitted.
