      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
      - Collaborate with the Yardi Implementation team and third-party data consultants for CRM and RentCafé module execution
      - Conduct comprehensive training to ensure proficient use of CRM and RentCafé systems
      - Provide ongoing support, addressing issues and continuously optimizing workflows
      - Implement quality assurance processes and establish best practices for solution delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of operations, financial, or technology implementation experience
      - Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices
      - Proven experience with complex CRM implementation projects
      - Ability to manage portfolios of work and solid understanding of project management and agile practices
      - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Yardi’s CRM, RentCafé, and associated modules
      - Project management and technical support experience
      - Experience planning and working on implementations of system changes in a SOX environment
      - Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
