What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with operations leadership to create and implement training programs for the Yardi system
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with segregation of duties and audit requirements
- Work with internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
- Manage a portfolio of work, ensuring efficient project management practices are utilized
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or technology
- At least 3 years of experience with Yardi Systems, focusing on property accounting
- Proven technical troubleshooting experience for at least 3 years
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various Yardi products/modules such as Voyager, Payscan, and RentCafé Suite
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to teach and coach others in project management and agile practices
