      Background:
      The objective of the Asset Management project at company is to establish a centralized and comprehensive system with clear processes for managing all assets within the organization, ensuring optimal maintenance and governance throughout their lifecycle for supportability, increased business value, risk/vulnerability management, operational efficiency, improved security posture, and visibility into all asset information.

      Requirements:
      • The Business Analyst will be responsible to bridge gaps between the business and IT sides of the organization, with a focus on discovering and documenting information related to the Asset Management project as described above. The right candidate will have a blend of strong business acumen with experience in IT, preferably with knowledge of information asset inventory.
      • Objectives:
      • Drive awareness of requirements across in-scope teams
      • Serve as thought leader for technical and business processes by understanding the current state and documenting a desirable future state for company’s assets; promoting enhanced security, increased efficiency, and greater productivity
      • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of process creation and system development
      • Determine and develop user requirements for systems and processes
      • Serve as right-hand to project management team, driving alignment across stakeholders on key processes and requirements for the future state

      Deliverables:
      • Analyze and document key business and IT owner information along with other key inputs across 650+ applications
      • Document key policies and procedures to align with future state Asset Management processes
      • Document business processes to operationalize the future state of Asset Management
      • Help to determine path forward to maintain alignment from Certified applications to business processes
      • Support and document the approach for Asset Lifecycle Management
      • Partner with stakeholders across teams to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and facilitating efficiently with all levels of the org
      • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
      • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
      • Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
      • Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
      Required Qualifications:
      • 10-15 years of experience with background in Asset Management. Should have strong knowledge about ITAM principles.
      • Good knowledge of IT Security and Cybersecurity policies preferred (Threats, Vulnerabilities, Risk etc.).
      • Experience as an Architect leader and facilitator for business and technical processes by understanding and gathering the current state as well as documenting a desirable future state, promoting enhanced security, increased efficiency, and greater productivity.
      • Healthcare payer experience or Health Insurance industry background is preferred for this role.

      Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, PMI, ITIL, CISM, ISC2, CAPM, CISA, V3, or RMF are desirable.
