      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Perform complete Offer-to-Cash-Process for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia and temporary replacement for Ukraine and other East European countries.
      • Support of customers, including demanding A-customers & Key Accounts. Communication & coordination with buyers in Polish and English.
      • Independent processing of price inquiries according to the price range and implementation of pricing measures.
      • Order acceptance and processing in SAP, monitoring of sales orders, supply chain & logistics.
      • Checking compliance and national standards.
      • Providing all necessary (shipping) documents.
      • Monitoring of delivery dates and transports, tracking of order changes as well as monitoring of creditlimits and overdues; Accounts Receivables Management.
      • Complaintmanagement
      • Market price observations
      • Support of contract negotiations and contract bookings.
      • Processing of sample inquiries and follow-up as well as processing customer sample orders as part of the technical service selling.
      • Customer related Master Data Management in SAP and MSD.
      • Reporting & Monitoring of sales forecasts (IBP) and actual sales.
      • Implementing and roll-out of new tools, launch of new products.
      • Attendance at trade fairs
      • Remote work is possible appr. up to 50 %

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Industrial Clerk or Bachelor Degree
      • At least 3 Years of Professional Experience
      • Minimum of 3 Years Customer Service Experience in an international enviroment and basic supply chain knowledge
      • Strong capability to capture customers` need and manage customer relationship
      • Experienced in ERP (SAP), especially in order to cash model and very good Microsoft 365 (Office) as well as basic CRM/ MSD knowledge,
      • People who can move confidently in a versatile, open, and international organization, who enjoy different cultures and with strong and effective communication skills in Polish and English in both oral and written, other Eastern European language (Russian, Ukrainian) an advantage
      • Effective team players who enjoy working together in a distributed team
      • Ability to self-motivate, maintain high level of organization, and coordinate many projects simultaneously
