      Job Description

      We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Business Center Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and clients while managing the day-to-day operations of our business center.

      • Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
      • Manage and coordinate business center services, including printing, copying, and scanning
      • Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively
      • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers
      • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
      • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up audiovisual equipment as needed
      • Maintain a clean and organized business center environment
      • Provide administrative support to guests, including word processing and data entry
      • Stay updated on local business information and tourist attractions to assist guests
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
      • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or hospitality industry
      • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
      • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office suite
      • Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      • Basic accounting and cash handling experience
      • Familiarity with business center operations and office equipment
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
      • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
