      Job summary

      Join Wye Valley NHS Trust as a Band 6 IM&T Business Change Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming how healthcare is delivered through innovative digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of the Digital First Programme, ensuring that technology enhances patient care and operational efficiency across the organisation.

      Main duties of the job

      As a Business Change Analyst, you will lead and support the delivery of business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to design, implement, and embed new systems and processes, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and the realisation of benefits across the Trust.

      This role involves facilitating change through expert analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and the development of new procedures and training. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are effectively integrated into clinical and administrative workflows, supporting staff in adopting new technologies and practices that improve patient care and service delivery.

      EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

      Essential

      • Educated to degree level or have proven NHS administrative experience
      • Experience of working within an IM&T Clinical Programme or change environment
      • Change management qualification or equivalent experience

      Desirable

      • Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Practitioner

      SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

      Essential

      • Knowledge and practical experience of change management and business re-design
      • Knowledge of project planning, implementation and management and experience of working within a formal project management framework e.g. PRINCE2
