      Position Purpose

      The Business Change Manager supports the Business Change Coach in building change management capability across the business and ensuring quality assurance of Big Rocks within the European portfolio.

      This role will work closely with Initiative Owners and other Workstream Leads to ensure the people side of change is part of the initiative and embedding the new ways of working within the organization.

      Major / Key Accountabilities

      • Assess the impacts of the changes within an assigned portfolio of initiatives across multiple dimensions including people, processes, systems, culture and organisation according to internal guidelines
      • Educate Initiave Owners on appropriate change management plans to reduce resistance, drive adoption and increase benefits realisation
      • Implement and/or ensure the implementation of the change management approach and plan when required
      • Collaborates with the stakeholders on the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training when required
      • Develop measures and controls to help ensure successful implementation of changes
      • Conduct quality assurance reviews on Big Rock initiatives to assess change management delivery or diagnose issues
      • Contribute to building the change management capability across CHEP Europe through training, workshops and 1-2-1 coaching and expanding the change leads and change agends network
      • Contribute to continued adoption and improvement of the Brambles Change Framework
      • Work closely with the European Project Management Office to build transformation capabilities and ensure the benefits realization of Big Rocks

      Qualifications

      Essential

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field

      Desirable

      • Change Management certification or equivalent
      • Behavioural Coaching certification or equivalent
      • Project Management certification or equivalent

      Experience

      Essential

      • Proven experience of working with business change management, including leading a change workstream or initiative
      • Proven experience of designing and delivering change and embedding into business as usual

      Desirable

      • Experience working within a matrix management environment
      • Experience of working with leadership teams

      Skills and Knowledge

      • A solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques and how to apply them effectively
      • Expertise in how people experience change at an individual level and the journeys that different people go on when experiencing change
      • Good stakeholder management skills – can demonstrate evidence of developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization
      • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Quick learner
      • Results driven and taking accountability of driving for results
