What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strong advisor-consultant relationships with pharmacy customers to enhance their success
- Deliver targeted training modules and tailored offerings to empower pharmacy owners
- Identify operational weaknesses and provide strategic advice for improvement
- Prepare and distribute reports by compiling and analyzing pharmacy data
- Collaborate with the central data analysis group to determine customer needs and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience or progressively responsible experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of profitability improvement techniques for small businesses
- Proven ability to influence others and adapt communication styles to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry, including trends and challenges
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in forecasting, goal setting, and training others
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
