What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and draft correspondence to clients regarding complex sales practices complaints
- Collaborate with case handlers to ensure the timely resolution of complaints in an efficient manner
- Investigate field sales practices, including suspected fraud and violations of laws and regulations
- Draft robust written correspondence for non-standard client experience matters and compliance issues
- Conduct project work as needed to support the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in insurance or investment fields
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex information and complaints
- Proven public-facing written communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance or investment products and operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services, insurance, or investment industry
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Pre-Law
- Experience responding to regulatory bodies
- Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence for drafting communications
