- 5–10 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning
- Experience with Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Recovery Plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Administer Adobe’s Enterprise Resilience Program
- Deliver training and awareness activities
- Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
- Manage content on SharePoint and intranet sites
- Integrate new services into the continuity program
- Contribute to strategy and training development
- Support other business continuity activities as needed
