What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development, implementation, and testing of Business Continuity Plans across departments
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and facilitate responses to identified gaps
- Provide direct communications between the Business Continuity Planning Office, technology teams, and business units
- Design and facilitate crisis management exercises and tabletop simulations
- Manage recruitment, training, and development processes for staff in risk management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, and Project Management or Internal/External Consulting
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, and Project Management or Internal/External Consulting
- Solid understanding of continuity planning lifecycle and regulatory expectations
- Strong data analytical skills using MS Excel and presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Large Financial Institution (LFI)
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Continuity or Crisis Management
- Familiarity with continuity planning tools or platforms such as Fusion Risk Management
- Knowledgeable about disaster recovery and information technology systems
- Business continuity certifications from a recognized professional body (e.g., DRII CBCP)
