- Leads the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
- Performs monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation
- Leads the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
- Manages the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews
- Ensures timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting
- Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews
- Ensures accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting
- Enhance, design, implement and provide ongoing oversight to the Consumer Change Management control environment
- Manage and facilitate Consumer Change forums, such as the Consumer Change Management Governance Forum, Change Liaison Forum, UCRA Policy and Standard updates, and ongoing communications to the Consumer change community.
- Collaborate closely with the FLUs, Change/UCRA Liaisons, Oversight Executives, GCOR, and Control partners to advise/guide them with process/control enrichment
- Complete reporting updates on the status/performance of metrics, risks and opportunities
- Continuously assess and enhance the coverage model and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
- Identify, assess and communicate emerging issues, themes and trends based on various information gathering methodologies, sources and through overseeing process and performance activities
- 5+ years’ experience in risk management, change management, and business controls or a combination of each
- Subject Matter Expertise of UCRA and Enterprise Change Requirements
- UCRA tool expertise and Project Management experience
- Proven executive presence, including the development and presentation of executive-level meeting materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and cultivate relationships both externally and internally
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics
- Ability to analyze and present process and control data and information
- Strategic thinker comfortable with interactions at a senior management level
- Ability to think outside of the box and demonstrate an enterprise mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment

Job Summary:
This job is responsible for leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones.The Retail Preferred and Small Business Banking (RPSB) Change Management Oversight and Governance team is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our high-performing team as the Universal Change Risk Assessment (UCRA) Program Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the oversight of process and control performance for FLU adherence to the RPSB Universal Change Risk Assessment (UCRA) Policy and Standard. This includes ownership of the UCRA Policy and Standard, in conjunction with adherence to the Enterprise Change Policy and Standard. Responsibilities include overall administration of the UCRA tool, Policy and Standard in addition to SPI oversight and management of the Governance and Oversight of Consumer Change process, controls and metric performance in POP. This role partners with the UCRA Product Manager to direct tech funding and prioritization and with the UCRA QA Program Manager to ensure appropriate metrics are in place to support a strong controls environment. The UCRA Program Manager works extensively with the LOBs under the RPSB UCRA Change Standard to identify performance impacts to the POP ID and develop action plans and performance improvement plans as required. This individual is responsible for identifying optimization opportunities to ensure RPSB Change Management has an effective oversight environment and is adequately monitoring change requirement adherence.
