      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain property accounting records, including inventory and equipment acquisition/disposal
      - Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget, including reconciling accounts and identifying variances
      - Prepare detailed financial, statistical, and comparative analysis reports
      - Coordinate employee travel arrangements and process business expense reimbursements
      - Organize appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate records in accordance with retention schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent education
      - Minimum of 2 years of office-related experience
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management
      - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
      - Familiarity with procurement rules and guidelines
      - Knowledge of travel guidelines and reimbursement processes
      - Competence in creating user-friendly reports and data compilations
