What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system requirements and project deliverables for the transition to the WIC Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system
- Troubleshoot system problems and develop workable solutions
- Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions for system modules
- Design, develop, coordinate, and conduct test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide quality customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis
- Strong understanding of project management principles, PMP certification is a plus
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and business process reengineering
- Ability to review complex project deliverables and provide actionable feedback
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) or local agency experience
