What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and ensure quality control of Salesforce data, tracking updates from GovWin and other sources
- Identify and report on profitable new business opportunities to enhance margins
- Assist in proposal development, focusing on Corporate Experience and Past Performance
- Analyze market trends and company strategies to uncover additional opportunities
- Create and deliver reports and presentations to support executive leadership meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration and quality control
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft Certifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems other than Salesforce
- Experience in business development or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance team collaboration
