What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect potential new clients and effectively market the employer's capabilities to decision-makers
- Conduct cold-calling and cold-emailing to initiate business conversations with K-12 school districts
- Maintain organizational skills while managing a territory and the assigned Sales Director’s calendar
- Create and manage personal business processes, employing creative approaches to interact with the market
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience; all majors accepted
- 0-2 years of work experience, including previous leadership, professional, or internship experience
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse business professionals
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achievement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Familiarity with K-12 education sector or relevant industry experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in overcoming objections
- Experience in a metrics-based work environment
