      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business by enrolling companies and organizations into the WIN program
      - Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and initial outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
      - Build a strong, mission-aligned sales pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking
      - Communicate the value and impact of WIN services clearly to a range of stakeholders
      - Track performance, manage client data, and forecast sales outcomes using CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
      - 7–10 years of dedicated sales experience, preferably in a consultative or mission-driven environment
      - Deep understanding of consultative sales, particularly in social impact or organizational culture change
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Must be able and willing to travel (20–30%) for in-person client meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in DEI, disability inclusion, workforce development, or related sectors
      - Experience using StratusLive or similar CRM systems
      - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment
      - Comfort with virtual selling and navigating conversations with diverse stakeholders
      - Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
