      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new clients via phone, email, and other channels at high volume
      - Qualify and reach out to leads generated by marketing
      - Actively seek out new potential client accounts and initiate contact to generate interest
      - Schedule demos of solutions for qualified prospects
      - Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3+ years of sales development experience
      - Strong communication skills over both phone and email
      - Proven self-motivation and a history of hustle and grit
      - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Experience in employee benefits is a must; healthcare experience preferred
