What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet business development objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager
- Identify and qualify companies with building construction needs
- Develop new relationships with fabricators and brokers
- Promote Canam products and services in collaboration with consultants
- Attend and participate in construction industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred
- Five years sales experience in the steel construction industry
- Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
- Experience using Google Workspace and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of building construction combined with steel design concepts
- Ability to establish good customer relations in the industry
- Effective organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills
