- Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance.
- Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with business prospects, centers of influence, non-profits, and customers.
- Responsible for generating referrals for Bank business, including deposits, commercial and residential loans, cash management, and investment services.
- Act as a brand ambassador at community and networking events with a focus in Hampden County.
- Attend community breakfasts/luncheons, after-hours events, first-time homebuyer workshops, and educational sessions as a Bank representative/ambassador.
- Educate prospects and customers on a variety of banking services. Conducts financial and bank-related seminars at community events.
- Demonstrates effective knowledge of Bank policies and procedures relating to security, branch internal control document, operations, and facilities.
- Serve as a board member/volunteer for various not-for-profit organizations.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the BSA requirements and related policies and procedures.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience in business development preferred.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Location: Main OfficePosition Summary : Responsible for developing new business and fostering the Florence Bank brand with a primary focus in Hampden County. Serves as Bank ambassador in the community through attendance at community and networking events and in establishing relationships with business prospects, centers of influence, non-profit organizations, and customers. Responsible for generating referrals for Bank business, including deposits, commercial and residential loans, cash management, and investment services.
