7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation roles, OR equivalent combination of experience (consulting, military, training, or education).

Demonstrated experience influencing large-scale strategic initiatives.

Advanced communication and leadership skills with a history of working with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to craft visionary solutions in complex environments.

Experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise project transformation.

Background in process re-engineering, risk assessment, or change management.

Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project management platforms.
