      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly experienced Business Execution Consultant to join a strategic team within a leading financial institution. In this senior role, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources addressing complex business and technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic planning, process transformation, and enterprise-level implementation.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as a strategic partner on high-impact initiatives with cross-functional reach.

      • Design and drive long-term business solutions involving vision, innovation, and advanced analytics.

      • Lead the evaluation of complex operational and technical challenges across various departments.

      • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align solutions with business goals.

      • Provide mentorship and strategic direction to teams and stakeholders.

      • Consult on the resolution of unique challenges that span across business lines.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation roles, OR equivalent combination of experience (consulting, military, training, or education).

      • Demonstrated experience influencing large-scale strategic initiatives.

      • Advanced communication and leadership skills with a history of working with senior stakeholders.

      • Strong analytical thinking and ability to craft visionary solutions in complex environments.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise project transformation.

      • Background in process re-engineering, risk assessment, or change management.

      • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project management platforms.
