      About this role:

      Wells Fargo Strategic Programs and Enterprise Change Management (SPECM) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Management team which reports to the Chief Administration Office (CAO) of Wells Fargo and ultimately resides in the Chief Operating Office (COO).

      The Business Management team is responsible for high-priority, strategic initiatives such as but not limited to: Resource Management and Development, Communications and Executive Reporting, Data and Analysis, and SharePoint and Information Management.

      In this role, you will:

      • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
      • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
      • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
      • Act as a Business Execution consultant to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
      • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
      • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
      • Support the implementation of innovative and business solutions that are cross-organizational
      • Identify and analyze business opportunities and process improvements
      • Collaborate and consult with members of the business execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
      • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      • Advanced MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables)
