      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking Business Execution Consultant in Consumer Lending as part of WF Auto to support the Auto Product Development and Innovation Team. As a Business Execution Consultant you will provide Business Configuration & Rules Management support for an application modernization project. Day to day tasks may include gathering requirements to conduct analysis, design and validat ion of system configuration. In addition, a candidate can expect to prepare required documentation and procedures from technical language to plain business language and vice versa. You will lead a team, providing peer feedback and identifying development opportunities as they arise. Daily you may work independently or with team on deliverables which can change based on need. The Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.       In this role, you will:

      • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
      • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
      • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
      • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
      • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
      • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
      • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
      • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring
      • Experience in business configuration and/or system administration
      • Advanced experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
      • Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met
      • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
      • Experience training new hires and promoting a collaborative environment.
      • Experience driving requirements process with both technical and business partners
      • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
      • Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of project implementation
      • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
      • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
      • Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
      • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
      • Strong presentation skills
      • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
      • Knowledge and understanding of auto finance applications
      • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: system administration/configuration


      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
      • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting (Pacific, Mountain, Central and/or Eastern)
