      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.


      In this role, you will:

      • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
      • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
      • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
      • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
      • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
      • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
      • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
      • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
      • Manage an internal payment collection Lockbox, including monitoring receipt of payments, and coordinating with internal partners to have payments booked in systems.
      • Manage group email boxes, including tracking information received as needed.
      • Track internal portfolio monitoring deadlines and prepare materials for meetings.
      • Distribute weekly and monthly reporting to managers for required portfolio tracking. Assist managers with system data updates related to this tracking.
      • Perform data research, reconciliation, and system updates on a recurring and as-needed basis.
      • Create and update desktop procedures and job aids.
      • Work with managers and other internal partners to track collection of information required by partners.


      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products especially Excel and Salesforce
      • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with financial statements and accounting concepts
      • Ability to organize and understand volumes of detail and desire to take ownership of activities and functions
      • Experience performing the examples of job duties noted in this posting.
      • Familiarity with Accounts Payable invoice processing
      • Superior written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to independently track and meet deadlines for circulation of reporting
      • Adaptability

      Job Expectations:
