Support one or more lines of business within Early Careers. As part of this role, you will work with key partners and stakeholders including business managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons
Act as the right hand to drive the strategy forward across business units in partnership with Senior Managers
Excellent analytical skills, presentation deck creation for senior leaders audience
Lead the follow up and execution of key projects, steering committee follow up items and initiatives as necessary
Support strategic project management, logistical and administrative support to Program Managers
Support the development of data driven recommendations to deliver a best-in-class program experience, including synthesizing data on various areas of the program and developing associated meeting materials
Collaborate and demonstrate an inclusive, professionalism in your interactions with peers and stakeholders across the enterprise
Manage work priorities to assigned program/project initiative are completed
Act with a sense of urgency and demonstrate discipline and follow up in execution of business priorities
Partnership with across shared service functions including Planning and Events and Firmwide Experience teams to execute programs
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in early career recruiting or early career program management or HR or the business
Strategy business management experience including planning and assessing strategy to achieve organization's goals
Experience collecting, analyzing and provide data and recommendations to business leaders/managers on various areas of improvement
Experience with process improvement and problem resolution and change management experience
Proven experience in project management managing multiple projects concurrently
Experience developing presentations and facilitate meetings, communicate objectives and status, drive to deliver timely and high-quality results
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid work schedule at once of the locations listed below
