- Be responsible for the development and/or maintenance of SharePoint-based workflow support sites.
- Be responsible, as an individual contributor, for initiative leadership, workflow management, and risk management supporting L&D infrastructure.
- Assist in gathering, sizing, prioritizing and refining user stories.
- Monitor performance of sites and make continual improvements based on performance, feedback and new user stories.
- Work as part of a team to collaborate on a backlog of prioritized user stories.
- Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts to understand workflow process and identify opportunities for simplification and automation. Conduct root cause analysis as needed.
- Identify industry best practices and incorporate them, as applicable, into the work of the team.
- Identify and manage issues and risks; create effective mitigation plans.
- Contribute and support innovative ideas to improve the impact of the team and department.
- Exercise independent judgment to perform tasks and produce output.
- Collaborate and consult with employees, managers and leaders.
- Provide customer service support to internal customers using workflow support sites.
- Provide work direction to less experienced employees.
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform including: SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including the gathering and refining of user stories and sprint planning
- Experience supporting workflow design
- Familiarity with relational database structures
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to determine root cause, recommend solutions, and clearly articulate the risk/benefit analysis of each option
- Position locations include: Minneapolis MN, Phoenix AZ, Chandler AZ, Charlotte NC, San Antonio TX, Irving TX, Des Moines IA
- This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an infrastructure support Business Execution Consultant to join the Learning & Development (L&D) Business Execution Team. This team provides infrastructure and workflow support to the L&D department, which manages a high volume of initiatives and deliverables for all of Wells Fargo.
