- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing Offer Management initiatives to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Execute “no code” configuration functionality within Naehas platform to enable features and functionality to the end-user Marketers
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of Offer Management, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Develop and deliver user training and communications
- Lead feedback forums to support Naehas platform users, inform user based (UX) strategy development and a develop a backlog of ideas and requests for future functionality
- Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- A BS/BA degree or higher in business, management, or technology
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing application
- Ability to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
