      Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Management team.


      The Business Execution Consultant is a newly created position which will be responsible for assisting with the development and support of a Quality Assurance program within Corporate Security.
      The mission of Corporate Security is to provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and physical assets. The Business Management team is responsible for:

      • The day-to-day management and operational cadence of the Corporate Security team

      • Ownership of business and governance routines

      • Management of strategic priorities

      • Management of front-line risk and operational process initiatives

      In this role, you will:

      • Aid in building a Quality Assurance program and the supporting functions

      • Assist with developing and implementing a measurable Quality Assurance program with reliable and consistent testing

      • Support ongoing Quality Assurance activities

      • Conduct moderately complex research, including monitoring methodology, quality scorecards, and comprehensive reporting

      • Establish effective relationships with peers, partners, and business and support function leaders to ensure effective collaboration

      • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

      • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

      • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

      • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

      • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

      • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

      • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Quality assurance experience

      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

      • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization

      • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas


      Other Desired Qualifications:

      • Previous experience aiding in developing and implementing a QA program

      • Knowledge of front-line monitoring, including in-line quality control and post-process quality assurance, as well as monitoring and reviewing risk and performance metrics

      • SharePoint Online knowledge and experience

      • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

      • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

      • Knowledge of Self Assurance Policy, Frontline Quality Control (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) procedure and Internal Control Policy

      • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization

      • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation plans

      • Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes

      • Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management in the financial services industry

      • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

      • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity

      • Experience navigating through ambiguity

      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

      • Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project, and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders

      • Experience identifying process, procedural, system, and/or control deficiencies

      • Experience recommending remediation or corrective action plans and evaluate solutions to ensure gaps are remediated and sustainable
