      In this role, you will:

      • Manage and develop business execution employees focused on delivering risk, business, and transformational changes to CCS customer communications
      • Identify, recommend, and execute on opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development.
      • Understand and execute processes within Unsecured Lending Operations change lifecycle process, tools, and systems.
      • Create and maintain partnership with business operations, risk, product, and technology stakeholders, to collaborate and influence on business objectives and strategies.
      • Develop, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
      • Be an accountable for the overall success of the team, culture, and champion continuous improvement
      • Actively support, coach, mentor & contribute to the team on changes, conflicts/issues, initiatives, and transformational work.
      • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
      • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 2+ years Leadership experience


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience with Customer Communications (letters, emails, text messages)
      • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management execution
      • Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, transformational, high-priority efforts through to completion.
      • Proven track record partnering with key functional partners, such as product groups, technology, legal, compliance, and controls.
      • Knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment, Issue Managment, and other risk management activities.
      • Experience identifying risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.
      • Successful record leveraging agile practices, people, and data to drive business outcomes
      • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, and corporate executives.
      • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment


      Job Expectations:

      • Must be available to work a hybrid model
      • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
