We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights for leadership. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to interpret data needs and the creation of reports and visualizations. You’ll be responsible for understanding data-driven needs, developing meaningful visualizations primarily using Power BI, and providing insights that support strategic decisions. Your work will allow leadership to better understand and utilize data to support overall business objectives. This is a largely autonomous position, with minimal oversight, enabling you to work independently and bring a creative approach to data interpretation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document reporting requirements.
• Interface with other teams to gather or access necessary data.
• Develop and visualize data reporting solutions that align with business needs, primarily through Power BI.
• Use business insight to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Contribute to multiple projects as an active project team member, adapting quickly to varying tasks and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI, with extensive development experience (2+ years).
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables.
• Basic programming knowledge to interpret code and basic functions as needed.
• Ability to devise business solutions that solve data-related challenges.
• Project management skills to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate technical information effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with data analysis or business intelligence in a large-scale enterprise or global team environment.
• A background in computer science or a related technical discipline is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000 - $95,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
