**Position Description:**
**Business Analyst:**
- Drive effective and efficient pharmacy performance analysis for the AccessHealth network
- Collect, review, process, and analyze data from customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement reporting collateral and monitoring processes to support business strategy
- Generate accurate and timely reports on clinical and financial performance, trends, and ad hoc requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Payers, US Pharma Marketing RelayHealth, and Health Mart
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Reporting & Analysis:**
- Extract, validate, and summarize data from multiple databases for pharmacy performance reporting
- Create weekly and monthly customer facing reports and business partner lists
- Interpret and synthesize data, identifying and researching anomalies
- Proactively generate reports and identify areas for further analysis or marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, customers, and executives
**Ad Hoc Data Analysis:**
- Use industry knowledge to complete ad hoc analysis on pharmacy performance
- Extract and analyze data for internal and external data requests, including customer segmentation and outbound campaign lists
- Proactively identify trends and make recommendations for campaigns or new processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, customers, and executives
**Internal Operations:**
- Make informed decisions about pharmacy enrollment/participation based on program understanding
- Oversee regular data transfers to key internal and external partners
- Maintain familiarity with file modalities and FTP protocol and application
**Other:**
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and projects as needed
- Perform assigned duties
**Minimum Job Qualifications:**
**Education/Training:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of professional experience
**Business Experience/Specialized Knowledge/Skills:**
- Comfort with data and data analytics
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Snowflake
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization
- Minimum of 2 years in a data analyst or business operations analyst role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of industry issues such as pharmacy reimbursements, PBMs, and Performance Score
